The convenience of the shuttle service to Key West was handy for group outings, and the poolside snack bar offered a nice break between meetings. Unfortunately, the presence of mold in the rooms was a significant health concern that tainted the overall stay. the concierge service and 24-hour reception were helpful for work-related queries, but the Wi-Fi signal was inconsistent, making remote work challenging at times. Though the Rodriguez Cigar Factory storefront exuded a warm, family-run ambiance, the issue of mold overshadowed the hospitality. the welcome drink was a nice touch, and the fitness center was a good opportunity to unwind after a day of work. However, the lack of express check-in/out efficiency and the presence of mold significantly impacted the business-friendly environment. Moving forward, I hope the management addresses these critical health and comfort issues promptly to enhance the overall business traveler experience.
